If you would like to commission stained glass, I suggest the following:

Come and have a cup of coffee and discuss your ideas, dreams and plans for stained glass. I will show you my work in situ and my portfolio to help you visualize these.

With the approximate measurements, I will draw a design in watercolours and ink and present them to you with the samples of glass I intend to use.

When you have confirmed the design, I will ask for a 30% deposit and start making the panels and give you an idea of the time it will take.

We will make a date to come and install the glass with a professional glazier, when the panels are completed.

The same applies for commissioning a sculpture.
