Vital Peeters has worked with glass for the last 25 years. His main techniques are fusing, painting, sandblasting, etching and bonding. He takes commissions for private and public buildings. He also makes individual glass hangings, panels, slumped and cast pieces.

He is the author of ‘Stained Glass  The Art of Crafts’  ( Crowood Press ) and he is featured in ’50 distinguished Contemporary artists in Glass’ (The Intelligent Layman)

Vital has also been carving stone for 15 years. Some of his stone sculptures have been cast in resin. He mostly uses lime stone and alabaster. Five years ago, he started doing clay sculptures.

More recently, he started drawing with pencils, chalk and ink on a variety of art papers.
